Victor Moses was unleashed down the left and he squeezed a cross past the diving Shane Ward.
That ball was palmed away by keeper Nick Pope – unfortunately for him his defender Kevin Long was following in, and the ball bounced off him into the empty net.
A pretty embarrassing moment all round, but Chelsea have the lead!
