Why England’s games against Mexico could be intriguing for Chelsea fans

Chelsea’s multitude of stars in the England teams are preparing for a double header against Mexico.

The England U21s play this afternoon in their second fixture in the Toulon Tournament, with Tammy Abraham looking to build on his extra time winner in their game against China earlier in the week.

Meanwhile the senior team play against the Mexican first team tomorrow.

If Gareth Southgate is going to use his first team, we’ve got an excellent chance of seeing Gary Cahill, and we will maybe see Ruben Loftus-Cheek off the bench too.

Both of the Chalobah brothers trained with the first team too, but are less likely to see the pitch.

The fact that the Liverpool players have yet to join up with the squad means there’s an even better chance of seeing some Blues and former Blues in action.

For any England fan, especially those who support Chelsea, both games will make an intriguing watch.
