Kurt Zouma has had a fantastic season on loan at Everton from Chelsea, and so it’s no surprise to see him being linked with a return to his parent club in recent weeks, and now, in the Sun, there are even rumours that claim he’s a target for Arsenal.
The Gunners have conceded 49 goals in the Premier League this season, with two games still to play. Manager Unai Emery clearly thinks this is not acceptable, and wants a top defender to come in and help sort things out.

If he wants Zouma he’ll have to fork out however, and the Sun actually has doubts over whether Emery will have the budget to buy Zouma – especially if we beat them to the final Champions League spot.
TransferMarkt rate him at €20m – but we’d expect him to go for double that at least.
So with Arsenal keen, Everton wanting to make his loan permanent and Chelsea potentially looking into keeping him, we can safely say Kurt has had a very important 12 months in his career.
Let’s hope he has many more years to come at the Bridge.
