We’re all still hurting from the departure of Eden Hazard. A man who we all adored so much, departing in order to realise his childhood dream of playing for Real Madrid.
That’s one thing, but you’ll recall that Real Madrid signing Hazard is not the only thing Florentino Perez has done to upset us this summer. Remember Luka Jovic?
The Daily Mail reported prior to his move to the Santiago Bernabeu that Chelsea were interested in the striker, who scored against us in both legs of the Europa League semi-final.
Well, to cut a long story short, he never arrived. Instead, he and Hazard both signed along the dotted line with Los Blancos, and have now been videoed in conversation together.
Here they are, fully kitted out in Real Madrid gear, beginning to build the flourishing relationship that they could’ve had at Stamford Bridge. We’re not bitter in the slightest.
