Chelsea often get linked to players over time and you will often hear the same names being repeated.
A player they have been linked to quite a bit in recent years is Poland international Krzysztof Piatek.
As reported by Sky Sports at the time, Piatek was a Chelsea target when he was at Genoa before he signed for AC Milan.
But he ended up making a £31 million move to Milan and signed a four and a half year contract, as reported by Sky Sports.
However, his Milan career has not exactly lit up as yet, and he has since spent some time on the bench, struggling to get a regular starting spot.
Calciomercato seem to have a belief that Chelsea will be taking a close look at this situation, and have released two separate reports in the last week or so with The Blues name being linked with Piatek.
For me I’d find it hard to believe that he is the type of striker that Frank Lampard would be looking at, but he is a name that doesn’t seem to disappear.
