Tammy Abraham has just left the pitch against Southampton after 84 minutes.
The striker lead the line valiantly, picking up a number of knocks and bumps in the process. He got the opening goal too, and has really done it all as a battling forward today. He was taken off partly to give him a rest after another exhausting exertion. But it also looked like he was limping a little, and from the ground Nizaar Kinsella of Goal.com is saying it’s a hip problem.
Concern for Southgate as Abraham comes off with a hip problem for Michy Batshuayi. It doesn't look serious but might effect his situation with England #CFC #SOUCHE

As he says, it can’t be that bad and it’s certainly not going to be enough to affect him for the next Chelsea game in a fortnight, but if it puts his England trip at risk it would be a real shame anyway.
He’s waited a long time for this callup, and has finally got it in a game where he went level with Sergio Bloody Aguero as Premier League top scorer!
Everything seemed to be going Tammy’s way this season, it would be a shame to see this happening now.
