Signed as a talented youth, a series of bad loans and even worse injuries have totally stunted his career.
The poor kid only ever wanted to make it at Chelsea, and he looked like he was going to come close at some points.
He’s posted an Instagram today following his latest surgery. He’s giving the old thumbs up and smile, but it’s not very convincing. He has the look of a man beaten back repeatedly by life. And who can blame him?
Hopefully this will be his final hurdle, and he can go back to playing football as soon as possible.
