Late fitness test for Kante, 4-2-3-1 – Predicted Chelsea Xl vs Lille

Chelsea are currently in France preparing to take on Lille in the group stages of the Champions League.

After going down 1-0 to Valencia in their opening match, Frank Lampard’s Chelsea will be looking to put things right and bring back the three points in their second match tonight.

Key midfielder N’Golo Kante faces a late fitness test today to deem whether he can play tonight, but Lampard is likely to rest him once again in order to get him fully fit, despite saying he is positive he will play.

Meanwhile, Antonio Rudiger and Emerson are both still injured, but Olivier Giroud is back after illness at the weekend.

Callum Hudson-Odoi could be handed a start after his very impressive substitution appearance on Saturday, but the rest will be as we know it.

Chelsea predicted Xl (4-2-3-1) –

Kepa, Azpilicueta, Christensen, Tomori, Alonso. Kovacic, Jorginho. Mount, Hudson-Odoi, Willian. Abraham.
