Mason Mount will start for England tomorrow night against the Czech Republic, according to reports on Sky Sports tonight.
The midfielder featured off the bench in the September break, and will now apparently take things up a step with this next appearance. It’s a good chance for him to make an impact, with England already pretty much set for qualification for the tournament next summer, and the coach looking to try out new players ahead of it.
Mason Mount will make his first start for England in tomorrow night’s #Euro2020 qualifier against Czech Republic, Sky Sports News has learned.

It’s well deserved given his form for Chelsea this season. The midfielder has scored 4 times, but more importantly has been a vital contributor all over the pitch for his team. Frank Lampard has put all his trust in Mason over the last two years, and been richly rewarded. It sounds like Gareth Southgate is about to do the same thing.
He won’t be let down, and if Mount plays like he has for Chelsea this season, the incumbents in that position – including his club teammate Ross Barkley – will need to watch out.
