Former Chelsea goalkeeper Rob Green was on 5 Live last week, and given it’s an international break they’re clearly milking the content from his answers as much as they can.
That’s how this latest clip popped up, showing the goalkeeper describing how Callum Hudson-Odoi would shred Cesar Azpilicueta in training last season. No wonder even Maurizio Sarri was persuaded to give the kid a chance when he could see him tearing apart experienced pros in training like that.
Let’s hope he’s back to his best now after the injury – we just need some more reports from the training ground! Maybe 5 live will invite Willy Caballero on next week for a chat…
