Chelsea are close to being able to return to transfer business, with some claiming that we will be allowed to make moves again in January.
That would be a real boost, and one of our top targets seems to be Ben Chilwell of Leicester.
The left back has been a menace for a couple of seasons in the Midlands now, and is attracting a lot of attention from top teams. He would cost a massive fee, that’s for sure, especially in January.
