Reece James was brought on after an hour today to give him a proper run out after a few games on the bench
At 4-0 up, he might have thought he was getting a rest, but he was thrust straight into the action and impressed immediately, blocking two Burnley efforts moments after arriving on the pitch.
He showed great awareness and positioning to get in the right place, and made it count with two clean stops on well hit shots. That’s one way to make an impact! A start must be on the horizon against Manchester United in the cup next week.
