It’s becoming tough to keep track of the players who have been linked with moving to Chelsea either in January or the summer since it was announced that their transfer ban had been lifted.
But one player who has been previously linked to Chelsea before all of that even happened, is a name that is coming up once again.
According to a report from Portuguese publication A Bola, who cite the Spanish source Mundo Deportivo, Chelsea are one of a number of clubs who could end up being the next destination for rising Brazilian star Bruno Guimaraes.
The 22-year old is currently playing in Brazil for Atletico Paranaense but is attracting interest from Atletico Madrid, PSG, and Inter as well as Chelsea.
Guimaraes is a quality all round midfielder who is technically good on the ball but can contribute well both offensively and defensively having good all round attributes.
Whether it is a position that Frank Lampard is looking to bring in remains to be unknown.
