Chelsea’s tough fixture offset by Mourinho’s Old Trafford return

Chelsea taken on Aston Villa tomorrow, in what is likely to be an extremely tough game.

There are no easy games in the Premier League, but this looks a particularly tricky encounter. Why? Well Frank Lampard’s team are reeling after two losses on the bounce, our top striker Tammy Abraham is potentially out, and Villa are a well-drilled, in form outfit with talent up and down the park, and a great coach.

We think there’s a very good chance we drop points, and the only saving grace coming up is that Tottenham play Manchester United at the same time.

One of those two teams chasing us – hopefully both – will have to drop points, and we can breathe a little easier either way. Let’s hope that Ole’s Red Devils give Jose a bloody nose – and then crumble back to their rubbish old form again.

The chase for the Champions League looks like it’s going to be spicier than ever this season, and the more points our rivals take off each other, the more slip ups we can afford ourselves.
