Chelsea could face losing two strikers from their first team squad in January, according to a report from Sky Sports.
They claim that both Olivier Giroud and Michy Batshuayi are ‘likely to leave’ the club this January.
Both have played very little part in Chelsea’s season so far, with only some cameo roles for Batshuayi, and even less for Giroud.
There is no doubt that Frank Lampard is on the hunt for attacking players to bring in during the winter window, with the same report claiming they are considering making a move for Lyon striker Moussa Dembele.
There have also been a whole host of other targets mentioned as the rumour mill starts to speed up.
Giroud has been linked with a number of clubs and looks extremely likely to leave in January, whilst Batshuayi too will certainly be weighing up his options and will be looking for regular first team football.
