Chelsea turned around the game at the Emirates today and ended up winning, and that was in large part thanks to the decision from Frank Lampard to change things early in the first half.
After half an hour he switched the formation and it paid off massively. All his tactical changes worked well, and at the end of the game he went over to the fans in his customary style to receive a massive ovation.
They absolutely love him for what he did as a player for the club, but in games like today’s, he deserves praise for what he did as a manager too.
