There are thousands of top class young talents coming through around the world right now and scouting teams needs to be on their toes if they are to avoid missing out on the next Neymar or Kylian Mbappe.
One of those talents is Turkey under-21 international Orkun Kokcu.
The 19-year old attacking midfielder is becoming a very watched talent by scouts around the world, and Chelsea look set to rival Arsenal in a pursuit to sign the £23 million-rated starlet, according to The Express.
Former Manchester United defender Jaap Stam describes him as “one of the best midfield players” in Holland already.
Kokcu has grown up in Holland coming through the ranks at Feyenoord, and he also featured regularly for the Dutch international youth teams before switching allegiances to Turkey in 2019.
However, he will still be able to decide who he represents at senior level having not made any senior appearances as of yet.
He is certainly another name to keep a close eye on.
