Club confirm “an agreement” is in place for Chelsea target to leave this summer

It is very unclear at the moment when the summer transfer window will actually be reopening, with the current season still looking to be completed.

Some deals this summer could look a lot different than the major money we are used to seeing clubs splash season after season, due to the economical affects that the coronavirus pandemic will have across the globe.

Chelsea are one of the clubs who will still be looking to improve their squad regardless, and goalkeeper is one area they will need to bring in.

Current number two Willy Caballero’s contract runs out at the end of June, and Frank Lampard wants better competition for Kepa Arrizabalaga.

One player they are heavily linked with signing for that area is Ajax keeper Andre Onana.

The Express have reported today that Ajax boss Erik ten Hag has admitted that there is “an agreement” for Onana to leave the club this summer, but there are no clues as to which club he will be going to as of yet.
