Chelsea have played all types of football over the years, but since Jose Mourinho set up our first title winning team in 2005, there’s been a tendency towards the defensive, with the focus on scoring on the counter.
There are countless great examples of the Blues netting wonderful counterattacking goals – in recent years you can’t look past the game where Eden Hazard and Willian netted equally good efforts on the break against Manchester City on the way to the title.
Then of course there’s the most significant of all – Fernando Torres in the Nou Camp in 2012. Need we say any more?
