It is pretty clear by now that Chelsea, and more notably Frank Lampard, wants to sign Declan Rice from West Ham.

Chelsea beat West Ham 3-0 in the Premier League last night, and Rice added fuel to the fire by going over the embrace Frank Lampard at the final whistle, smiling and hugging the Blues boss.
Of course this was going to spark off the jokes from Chelsea fans, as this one did below. But at the very least it just adds to the speculation building up by the day.
