Chelsea are on the hunt for a new big-name striker this summer, one who will bring a natural goal-scoring ability.
World class strikers are few and far between, and ones who do fit this calibre are often very hard to buy, naturally.
But Chelsea have been putting the moves together for one or two striker options this summer, and it is perhaps a guy who is touted more as a backup option for them, Romelu Lukaku, who they have already made an offer for.
This is according to transfer reporter Dean Jones, who was speaking via The Terrace today.
Jones claims that Chelsea have already offered Lukaku personal terms ahead of a potential move back to Stamford Bridge this summer, and he believes it could happen if things at Inter do not improve in a financial sense.
