Guardian: Thomas Tuchel will be backed by Abramovich, Declan Rice is Tuchel’s key target

There is finally a little bit of juicy action out there today in terms of Chelsea related transfer news.

Things have been rather up and down  on the news front as it seemingly turned a bit quieter over the last week or so.

But a player who has been heavily linked with Chelsea in recent transfer windows has shaken up the rumour mill a little today.

Declan Rice has rejected two new contract offers from West Ham and he is not expected to accept any further offers either, according to The Guardian.

Rice was always considered a Frank Lampard target, but the report says that he is a key target for Tuchel now as well, and Tuchel wants him.

The German boss will be backed by Roman Abramovich in the market this summer, per the same report, so we will have to see just how far that backing will go in terms of transfer fees!

Over 100 mill and maybe but wont be any less. People would drive him there for that fee. !!!! Not going to happen has been made very clear again today. Do you really have nothing else to talk about ? Bit obsessive and pointless.
