Jose Mourinho has just moved to Roma, where he’s getting his feet under the table at another new club, and looking for signings to make the team his own.
CalcioMercato in Italy are starting to track a new rumour – that one of Jose’s top targets will be a favourite of his from their time together at Chelsea – Kurt Zouma.
The central defender has really impressed at Stamford Bridge over the last 12 months, but lost his place in Thomas Tuchel’s team towards the end of the season, and may be tempted by a central place in Mourinho’s new project.
We can’t imagine the Blues will be too keen to sell, but if Roma make an offer close to what he’s worth, it will be hard to turn them down for a player who could well be a sub for Tuchel’s team.
