Simon Jordan doesn’t own Crystal Palace anymore, but he’s still intimately acquainted with how football clubs in the modern Premier League work, and he’s got some bad news for Chelsea fans.
On his regular show on TalkSport today he was discussing the big money moves that we’re hearing about all the time at the moment – Chelsea’s interest in Erling Haaland and Manchester City’s pursuit of Harry Kane.
According to Jordan, neither is going to happen – and he explains why with some enthusiasm. “Haaland won’t happen” he declared.
