Mason Mount is a man of his word, and when he promises something, it should always be listened to.
He sent a warning to Norwich City before the match yesterday saying that it is about time he scored a goal, and when he gets one the floodgates will open. And guess what? They did exactly this as he bagged a hat trick in a 7-0 win for The Blues.

Opponents should listen when Mount makes his promises, as his Dad should have before he broke into this Chelsea team as a regular.
“I said, ‘No one at Chelsea’s academy has got in the first-team since John Terry — what chance do you have?
“Mason said, ‘I’ll be the next one. I’m not leaving Chelsea, it’s my club. I’ve been here since the age of 6, I’m going all the way.’” – Tony Mount

When Mount has a feeling and makes a promise, he knows it to be true, he has that full belief and trust in his ability that he knows he is going to do it.
He was Chelsea’s Man of the Match yesterday after a superb performance, and this is a man who is getting better and better by the day.
