The painful part of Chelsea’s Champions League draw last night was the fact that it means we will not face a much stronger opponent in the last 16.
Some keen people on Reddit have made the following matric to work out who we’re most likely to play, and it’s not pretty.
We’ve got a 32% chance of facing Real Madrid, a 22% chance of facing Bayern, a 22% chance of facing Ajax, or a 25% chance of facing Lille.
None of them are easy – even the two lesser names there had a phenomenal group stage let’s not forget.
