Thomas Tuchel had said on numerous occasions that Tuesday was going to be the day that saw N’Golo Kante return to training, and according to Carefree Youth on Twitter (who either works at the training ground or has some great connections there), that ended up being the case.
Both Kante and Trevoh Chalobah were back at Cobham doing some “light work”, and today they’re back training with the full squad.

We can’t imagine either will be put through their paces fully just yet, as Thursday’s game against Everton is going to come too soon for either of them to feature in.
But after that game, and the rest the team will presumably get on Friday, we could see them train properly on Saturday, and an appearance on the bench on Sunday when we travel to Wolves isn’t totally out of the question, assuming nothing goes wrong between now and then.
