That should surprise nobody. They are relying on him for the season and he’s doing well – they never would have taken him from us if it was easy for us to bring him back if needed.
We might yet end up being able to pay them off to make it happen – but if we’re going to do that, we almost may as well buy a new player and leave him doing well in Ligue 1.
