Mason Mount is really getting into gear now, playing a crucial role once again as Chelsea beat Leeds at the weekend.
The midfielder has done phenomenal work in the last couple of months, and is really starting to pick up some stats along the way. After a long period where he was playing well without the numbers to show for it, he’s now dominating the Blues’ stats.
He has more goals, more assists, more goals and assists per minute, more “big chances” created, more expected goals, more expected assists and more passes into the penalty area than any other Chelsea player.
Mount leads Chelsea this PL season in:
• Goals
• Goals + Assists
• Goals + Assists Per 90
• Big Chances Created
• xG
• xA
• Shots On Target
• Passes Into The Penalty AreaHappy #MasonMountMonday pic.twitter.com/Pgm8sLzXDt

Especially with our strikers injured for so long, it was vital for the other attacks to step up, and Mount has done just that.
With Romelu Lukaku back in the starting side at last, Mount can hopefully start building up some chemistry around the box with the Belgian too.
