(Video): Jurgen Klopp uses Mateo Kovacic as evidence that Chelsea’s game should not have been played

Chelsea were forced to play their game against Wolves today despite having a huge group of players unavailable.

After Liverpool played their game against Spurs, Jurgen Klopp was in a bad mood, and he called out the Premier League for forcing the Blues to play their game, which they had asked to postpone.

He pointed to Mateo Kovacic, fresh from injury and then having the virus, being pressed into action for the Blues.

He clearly agreed with Thomas Tuchel that the players’ safety was no longer the primary concern of the league.
