Mason Mount had a great 2019, and even better 2020, and somehow even topped that with a truly memorable 2021.
While the rest of the world was moaning about a terrible year following on from a dreadful year, Mount was reaching new levels in terms of performance and achievement on the pitch.
His interview with Abbie McCarthy for the BBC is really interesting, and it’s great to remember some of his best moments from a special year – as well as to look forward to what might come next for the midfield superstar.
