Chelsea will be hoping to be able to join in with the summer transfer market as usual when the sanctions are lifted and the new owners are in.
The new owners will have a massive task on their hands when they arrive at the club right away, with potentially now three senior defenders leaving the club not long after they are expected to take the Chelsea reigns.
There will be a number of different positions to fill, and as well as that, there could be one or two players potentially leaving in midfield as well.
So up step Boubacar Kamara from Marseille, a player who can fill two of these positions at centre back and in defensive midfield. A player who will be available on a free transfer this summer.
According to Si & Dan Talk Chelsea, The Blues have had recent interest in signing Kamara just before the sanctions came in and that interest is still there. Could certainly be one to keep an eye on.
