Three of the groups looking to buy Chelsea confirmed to be cash bids and debt-free

On the deadline day for final offers to arrive on the table to buy Chelsea Football Club, some reassuring news has surfaced on three of the shortlisted bidders at least.

All the groups today will be filing their final offer and proposal to Raine Group, the company handling the sale of Chelsea on behalf of Roman Abramovich.

One outsider to buy Chelsea building a VERY strong group

Then we expect it to move a little faster with a decision set to be put to the UK Government and the Premier League within the next couple of weeks.

There has been much debate regarding where certain groups will be getting their money from. However, a report from Forbes, and confirmed by The Times, reveals that three of the main groups all have cash bids and the money up front, as well as being debt-free offers.

Todd Boehly’s group, The Ricketts Family, and Martin Broughton’s consortium have all been confirmed as being cash bids to buy the club. This is great news.
