After Chelsea lost to Brentford on Saturday, it was notable that an unhappy Thomas Tuchel demanded more noise from the fans at Stamford Bridge, claiming that it had felt like a friendly match.
Instead of backtracking on that after a few days to cool off, he doubled down in today’s press conference, saying that the team needed help from the crowd if they want to get past Real Madrid tomorrow night.
