Chelsea keen on Arsenal and Tottenham players as part of ‘Vision 2030’

Chelsea’s ‘Vision 2030’ is a much talked about story over the last couple of days, and it’s an intriguing plan.

In a nutshell, it’s a plan put together by academy director Neil Bath with the previous owners that is setup to make sure that Chelsea are ready for the future and make sure the academy continues to be successful.

The plan has been taken up by the new owners at Chelsea who share the same vision, and they have also added a transfer ‘think tank’ to it.

Part of the plan involves a list of players who Chelsea see as future stars and are keen on signing. According to sources at Si & Dan Talk Chelsea, there could be around 200 players on this list.

The report, as you can see below, says that three names on the list is Mikey Moore from Tottenham, Ethan Nwaneri from Arsenal, and Chris Rigg from Sunderland.
