Chelsea are always going to be on the lookout for exciting top young talents coming through, and they’ve reportedly joined a host of clubs who are keen on the latest 19-year-old rising star.
According to Corriere della Sera, Chelsea are said to be one of the front-runners for the signing of Giorgio Scalvini from Atalanta.

It’s said Chelsea have Scalvini as a ‘very serious goal’ in the market, even though they still must understand their financial situation by then, since it’s very likely they’ll miss out on the Champions League.
However, Chelsea are not the only club in for the young defender. Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Bayern Munich are all interested as well, per the report.
Scalvini already has 3 senior international caps for Italy, after being a regular feature within the youth teams.
It looks like he will be the next rising star that clubs will be battling to sign.
