Chelsea legend Frank Leboeuf is just as much a passionate Chelsea fan these days as anyone else, and he was just as excited as all of us this January transfer window when the club signed in some huge new talents.
There is one player in particular that Leboeuf was excited about, having watched a lot of him before he came to Chelsea.
Mykhailo Mudryk was all set to join Arsenal until Chelsea hijacked the deal late, much to everyone’s surprise. But Leboeuf thinks he is going to be a great signing for Chelsea once he gains a bit more experience and has a chance to settle in to a new country and a new club.

Speaking exclusively in his extensive column for Si & Dan Talk Chelsea today, Leboeuf said: “I am excited about Mykhailo Mudryk because I followed him in Ukraine, and he’s definitely a very talented player.
“Hopefully he stays fit and he will perform very well for us. I saw his cameo against Liverpool and some clips went viral. Let’s give him time to settle and to see what he can show. He became a star just signing for Chelsea and that’s what it is.
“He is a great player, a very young player, but full of quality.”
