Spurs assistant manager Cristian Stellini has shared details on Antonio Conte’s absence from the touchline ahead of a huge London derby next week against Chelsea, he told Football London: “No I’m not expecting Antonio back for Chelsea but I’m expecting him back for the next week. Milan or we have the FA Cup”

“Maybe not Chelsea but we don’t know. If he feels well and he can live stress without some pain or feeling something strange he’ll be back.”

Stellini has left it a bit on a cliff-hanger, perhaps some mind games, Graham Potter needs to prepare very well for next week to make sure Chelsea finally get three points on the board but not knowing for certain whether Conte will be present on the touchline will surely cause some frustration.

Conte announced on Instagram a few days ago that he was taking a break from touchline management after a setback in recovery from an operation.
