Monday was a crazy day at Chelsea Football Club, and everything suddenly became very busy with a lot being said about Graham Potter’s future as head coach at the club.
Many Chelsea fans were hoping the club were going to pull the plug on Potter and announce a sacking. But that never came. One thing seems certain, and that is that Potter will certainly at the very least, still be in charge against Leeds United this Saturday. But the general consensus of reports would suggest that he needs a win there to keep going as Blues boss, and a loss could see a change.

Romano believes that Chelsea want positive results as soon as possible, otherwise Potter could be on his way out of the club.
He also thinks the problem isn’t tactical….
“Chelsea are still backing and protecting Graham Potter, as of now,” Romano said.
“But of course they want positive results as soon as possible, otherwise the situation could change.
“In my opinion the team’s current form is not about the tactics, it’s about the mental approach; this is the key part at this moment.”
