The Blues are being strongly linked with a move for Kendy Paez, a 15 year old getting started at Independiente del Valle in Ecuador. After shining in the youth teams, he’s stepping up to the first team squad, and Chelsea want to secure him for the future, even knowing that it’s 3 years before he will be old enough to come to Cobham.
