Darren Bent was on Talksport today, and he was asked about the news that broke over the weekend that Chelsea were looking to appoint Gilbert Enoka, the famous mentality coach who has worked with the New Zealand “All Blacks” rugby team.
It’s really interesting to hear a former pro’s take on this all – especially one who played recently, and had his own struggles with confidence. This coach would also be in charge of weeding out the “bad eggs” and helping Graham Potter build a good squad.
Bent open minded about it – but he certainly has his reservations about how exactly it would work.
