Chelsea have plenty of big decisions to make in the coming months as we head towards the end of the season and the start of another transfer window.
The squad is huge as it is, but there will also be player coming back into it from their current loan spells. So the squad will only get bigger and before players can be sold and more signed, the club will need to make some decisions on current players.

Callum Hudson-Odoi is a big one to decide on. He’s had a career halted by serious injuries and he has never really regained his form or confidence. His current loan at Bayer Leverkusen is so far not going to plan, and he has a contract that runs out in the summer of 2024.
Chelsea have a decision to make, and Fabrizio Romano explains that it will actually be down to the player, and whichever manager Chelsea have in at that time!
“Callum Hudson-odoi’s future will depend on who the side’s new manager will be,” Romano said in his exclusive column.
“This is a crucial decision for any player who may be considering their future. They need to know what Chelsea plan on doing in the summer.
“For sure though, with just 12 months left on his deal, Chelsea have no intention of losing players for free, so for Hudson-odoi – it’s extend deal or be sold.”
