Mauricio Pochettino emerged as favourite for the Chelsea job last Friday, and there has not been much movement since then.
It’s not a long time, but you can understand why fans are getting nervy. The club have lost another game since then, and the remaining 6 games look to be a long stretch

But despite reports that a deal could be finished off this week, the latest reports from Football London are that no agreement is in place, perhaps hindered by the fact that the former Spurs boss is representing himself rather than using an agent.
He and Chelsea have agreed he won’t come in until the end of the season, but just to give some light at the end of the tunnel we can imagine everyone would like to be able to announce it sooner rather than later.
