With the summer fast approaching now, it means that clubs will have a big chunk of time to be able to sort out transfer deals whether its arrivals or departures.
Chelsea as we know, are expected to be busy with both player sales and player buys this summer, with perhaps the aforementioned being more of the priority.

However, they are also expected to be dipping into the transfer market once again, and transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has delivered an update on their plans via his exclusive CaughtOffside column.
Romano says that it is too early to know any names being seriously looked at right now, but he does know what positions the club will be going for. He says they will be looking to sign a new number six, as well as a striker, and potentially more. The other priority will be trying to get Mason Mount to sign a new deal.
Romano said: “For targets, it’s still early to mention names but for sure Chelsea will go for new number 6, new striker and the rest will be discussed in the next weeks, including Mason Mount situation.”
