It will be a very tough task for Chelsea up against the giants of La Liga, but Real Madrid reportedly have a surprising game plan to get at Chelsea, and that is to force them to get yellow cards to key players.
That is at least according to DefensaCentral, who believe they have the inside scoop from Real Madrid’s assistant manager Davide Ancelotti.
According to the report, Ancelotti has said for Madrid’s attackers to be more intense on those with a Yellow Card risk “to force the Chelsea players to do the same and expose themselves to a yellow card.”
They say his idea is to ‘squeeze’ Chelsea as much as possible so that his players fall into the trap.
