Four potential replacements named as Graham Potter is sacked by Chelsea

Four potential replacements have been named for Graham Potter as Chelsea announce the former Brighton boss has left the club as head coach.

Chelsea have announced the news this evening on their official website in the form of a statement.

They say that Potter has departed the club and has agreed to collaborate with the Club to facilitate a smooth transition.

Assistant Manager Bruno Salter is taking over as interim manager for now, but according to Si & Dan Talk Chelsea sources, the club are already actively looking to bring in a new manager right now and are looking do to that as soon as possible.

The report claims that former Bayern Munich boss Julian Nagelsmann is being looked at by the club as a real option. Christopher Vivell has recommended Nagelsmann as a top candidate and there has already been contact with Nagelsmann.

Some on the board also really like Mauricio Pochettino and the club have kept contacts open since they considered him as a genuine option when they hired Graham Potter instead. He’s also an option.

Zinedine Zidane and Luis Enrique have also been spoken about at Chelsea in the last couple of days.

  1. Thanks alot for taking that beautiful decision, but please read between the lines before appointing another coach because they have good profile, when you asked for papers, but to do the work, they can’t gave good results, so in short; the best candidate is Zidiane, and don’t signed any coach for five years, and above, you can offer anyone of your choice three years down. Thanks I’m Steven G Davis, commonly known as Mr Chelsea.

  2. Thank God finaly
Bayern wants compassion for their Ex …
lets get zizu or Liuz enreq

  3. Perfect replacement for potter is portichino or zinedine zine. But portichino preferably..

    1. Nagelsmann has to get the job. We all wanted potter to do well but I think if push comes to shove he’s the type to crack the whip.

  4. I am Patrick from Nigeria.i think Chelsea board has given Potter enough chance to prove why he should still be in Chelsea but things are not turning out to be good.the best thing for the two parties is to go there separate ways

  5. Let’s take a leaf out of Palace’s book. Get a steady arm on the tiller for the rest of the season and announce a permanent guy after that. Despite his departure from Leicester after a run of bad result, I would approach Brendan Rodgers. He didn’t get the financial backing at Leicester and he has Chelsea history.
