Julian Nagelsmann was long considered to be the leading candidate to become the next Chelsea manager after he was sacked as Bayern Munich boss.
However, it looks like this will almost certainly now not be happening, with former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino looking like he will become the next Blues boss.
Exclusive: My day spent with Chelsea directors this weekend!
A report has been put out late on Sunday from the reliable Mike Keegan of The Daily Mail, and first and foremost, Keegan reports that Pochettino is expected to be announced as the new Chelsea manager this week!
But what happened to Nagelsmann and why did he go from being the leading candidate to now being out of it entirely?
Well, according to Keegan, Nagelsmann pulled out of the running to become the next Chelsea manager after harbouring serious concerns over the recruitment process.
The German is understood to have been under the impression that the job was his and that talks were a formality.

Doesn’t think he should have to compete for the position? Not the manager we want, lol!
That means he’s not a proper manager
Is he Pep Guardiola, to think he can just walk into the job without any competition?
