Chelsea had yet another embarrassing defeat in the league yesterday as they showed nothing at all going down 1-0 to Wolves.
Things have been going for terrible to down right awful at the club this season with no signs of it being turned around or any kind of pick up late on in the season.

Frank Lampard has come in which at least gave a morale boost for fans, but that means nothing at all if they continue losing games and these players continue proving that they are nothing more than average (not all of them, granted).
But they are still in the Champions League and they do still have that to play for, as well as pride – although they don’t seem to care about having much of that right now.
Lampard’s Uncle, Harry Redknapp has offered some advice ahead of the Real Madrid clash, and one of them is a change of formation, which I think we all might agree with.
As cited by The Daily Mail, Redknapp says: “I think they’re perfectly set to set-up three up the back [great] wing backs Chillwell and James, you’ve got centre halves galore,’ he said. ‘I think they’re well set-up to play that way, because they’ve got to make sure they stay in the game first and foremost and give themselves a chance when they go back to Stamford Bridge.
“Stay in the game. If you get beat by the odd goal, you’re in the game. Don’t go over there and get hammered. Make it tight, keep it tight, be difficult to beat.
“What a great game to have. Everyone expects them to lose, Chelsea have got a big chance.”
Exactly! You’d think Frank hadn’t watched a single Chelsea match all year based on how he set up the team against Wolves. It ought to be Koulibaly, Fofana, and Badiashile across the back, with James and Chilwell at the wing-backs. Ideally, Kovacic and Kante as the center mids and then take your pick of Havertz, Felix and Sterling/Pulisic/Mudryk/Mount as the front three. It’s true Havertz is a lousy #9, but what option do we really have?

Yes, this is what I have been saying. When we play 3 forwards they get in the way of Ben asnd Reece going forward and providing the crosses. Also, we need two in the centre as targets for the crosses, and so the defenders are made to defend 2 rather than one in the area.
The 343..is the main formation this team lampard is coming here with his little brains to disturb the team and fans how can u use a 433 formation even Bruno sondos was much better for Liverpool game than this idiot

Great Managers tried and failed the 4 3 3 formation used by Lampard at Chelsea – no reason for a repeatation of a faild system – 343, 352 and 3421 suit them – Lampard should take note
Harry is right, Chelsea has the right personnel for a 3-4-3 formation, Lampard should try this against Real Madrid and he will get a positive result.

Up front I would go with AUBA, not that I am impressed, but he is the only fit, and experienced actual c/ forward, can’t be any worse, but would be a target man. With Felix,— Pulisic/Mount either side.

He is using tyhe same 3 4 3 as Potter. We should use 3 4 1 2 or 3 5 2
Chelsea main problem is the goalkeeper and Hervertz plus divisions in the team after buying expensive players
Lampard needs to rest Kepa, Hervertz and Sterling

I thought Frank would learn , honestly he is still stubborn in this formation, we are going to get beat, l have seen the great work by John Terry, l thought he was the perfect feet for the remainder og tge season, or at the very least that Frank would want to work with John Terry, especially given its for the remainder of the season. I don’t understand why they cant work together. If we play 3 5 2 against Madrid, Chelsea will cause havoc against Madrid l tell u. But its Frank. He is going to be stubborn. We are going to lose. Its a shame because we don’t have to. Its almost a matter of choice. Whatba shame that would be.
I would rather like the 433 or 343.. Auba, Felix, Mount/Pulisic at the front 3.. They all created a chance, Auba will be the scorer between them, he has a great formed and i can still say that..
What chelsea have now are those players that circling around the field and try to get the best shot at the goal. That didn’t happened most of the time, They are not invincible. Most of the time the ball get stolen. Ironically their passing being past down and cucu lose the ball and 1-0 down. This keep happening. The players that have the attacking mindset (attack all the way up) are Chilwell, James, and Fofana.
Compare to Man City, look at the 3-3 in front they attack non stop. They didn’t reverse.. Look at Liverpool same front 3-3 mentality. Boehly have the billions to spend that can back any of the managers below. Best manager to fit Chelsea are obviously Guadiola, Klopp and Zidane. Frank discard all the coaching ways above. You have been trying till now. None of them successful. You need to change those 3-3 players mentality up there. It is pathetically disappointing to see Chelsea losing and losing again.

Back three for now fofana, koulibaly and badiashile,
Wing backs, James and chilwel
Mid:Enzo and kante
Attack:mudriyk, sterling and auba upfront
Lampard should used 3 4 3 because it’s only formation that would system their minds and give them winning attitude.
Lampard should be wise enough to change formation from 433 to 343 for the player experience this formation from emperor Tuchel. Player would regain their winning mentality if he used this formation for rest of season.
I think 352 will so us wonders we will rise from the jungle. Also make sure when attacking don’t put off the foot on accelerator it’s for the ball to come back into the play as a goal kick than going back to our defense to restart the formula
