Chelsea continue to search to bring in a new permanent manager for the end of the season.
They are taking their time with the search but it now seems to be reaching the climax with the candidates being vastly narrowed down.
One man who has slipped down the pecking order and is not expected to be offered the job now is former Barcelona manager Luis Enrique.
According to reports this week, Enrique is no longer placed as a leading contender to land the role, as seen below…

Chelsea seem to now be turning mainly towards Julian Nagelsmann or Mauricio Pochettino, unless there are any more secret or surprise candidates.
But ESPN journalist Luis Miguel Echegaray has been left in disbelief as Chelsea cool their interest in Enrique.
He took to Twitter to call it ‘madness’ that Chelsea look to be passing up this opportunity, as seen here below..

The best choice for Chelsea now is Luis Enrique. not Mauricio Pochettino
