Recent links between Chelsea and Inter Milan goalkepeer Andre Onana cited a price of €40m for him.
However the latest versions, translated from Tuttosport by SempreInter, have upped that to €50m.
That may be because Manchester United are now considered a key player in the race as they look for a long term David de Gea replacement.
Some sites have reported that we’ve already had meeting with Inter about the former Ajax stopper, although other sources have since denied that. Given Romelu Lukaku’s future is also up for discussion, we would be surprised if there wasn’t constant contact.
A key component in the deal from our point of view is Kepa Arrizabalaga. Ideally it seems we want to include him as a part-exchange. But even if Inter aren’t interested, we realistically need to get rid of him before we can start making arrangements to bring a THIRD first choice goalkeeper into the mix.
